Welcome to my Blog. Do you wonder about my name? Let me tell the story to you. Many years ago, my world as I had divined it, created it, nurtured it and embraced it… came to a crashing halt. Everything I had ever dreamed of, fought for and achieved.. I had put into a crystal sphere and would gaze at it lovingly. This fragile crystal could tell me where I had been, where I was now… and would allow me the chance to dream fantastical dreams of where I wanted life to go. One evening, with my little charges all tucked into bed… I stumbled blindly upon a simple fact that would thrust me and my crystal sphere into a fiery pit of hell and force me to rise out of the ashes… reborn, still myself but slightly altered. Like a Phoenix reborn of the ashes… somehow stronger than I had been before, but with scars of where I had been. Some would see me as more beautiful for the strength I gained, for the way that life had shaped me. And others would see the thorns of protection that now encased my core. Much like a Rose I was a hybrid born of necessity, manipulation and survival. I was still a beauty in my own right… but I had a harshness that had previously not existed. I am .. the Lady of Phoenix Rose. Welcome to the new sphere I have fashioned for myself.
